How I Discovered Design
My name is Elisse Voysest. I am a passionate designer whose journey into the world of design was shaped by different influences, experiences, and inspirations.
Growing up in the heart of Washington D.C., I was surrounded by diverse architecture and styles that ignited my fascination with design from an early age. The city's rich history and eclectic blend of traditional and modern architecture provided me with a playground of inspiration, sparking curiosity.
Growing up, my family's love of art shaped my journey, sparking my creativity and passion for design through sketching and exploring architecture. As a visual learner, it deepened my understanding of visually articulating my ideas and concepts. Knowing from a young age that I wanted to integrate visualization, imagery, and aesthetics into my professional life, I find fulfillment in expressing myself visually and contributing meaningfully to design.
These experiences have fostered a deep passion for design, driving me to push boundaries, innovate, and create meaningful experiences in my work. Each project I undertake is a reflection of my journey of discovery and growth, blending personal inspiration with technical skill.
