Design Challenge
Next is launching a new 11,000 SF office in Dallas, Texas, accommodating 52 employees. The focus is on creating three design studios for Corporate Workplace, Healthcare, and Education, fostering hybrid workspaces.
The design aims to boost employee wellbeing, engagement, and collaboration. Additionally, the space will enable community outreach, host student events, and engage with industry partners. The project emphasizes sustainability, technology integration, stakeholder collaboration, and a thoughtful evaluation process for success.
Concept Statement
Great design is about flow, function, and fostering a sense of belonging. For NEXT, the vision centers on adaptability—like a jellyfish, constantly moving and evolving. The space is designed to spark creativity, collaboration, and out-of-the-box thinking, giving employees the flexibility and tools to drive innovation.
